Our Maintenance Technicians work collaboratively with Tesco colleagues, utilizing core skills and experience to deliver exceptional service, keeping our estate safe, legal, compliant, and operational.

* Ensuring all Tesco sites are safe and functioning environments for customers and colleagues.
* Following planned work schedules to achieve first-time fixes, maximizing productivity and effectiveness.

* Building effective relationships with stakeholders through communication.
* Sharing best practices and knowledge with team members.

* Driving your own monthly 1-2-1 meetings with your line manager.
* Using mobile devices to drive best practices in work completion and updates.
* Utilizing business systems for asset lifecycle management and reporting.
* Representing the Tesco brand by demonstrating values-led behaviors, a positive attitude, and pride in wearing the Tesco uniform.
* Attending local and national meetings, providing valuable input and feedback.
* Supporting KPI delivery through practical application of skills and effective use of business systems.

Relevant Experience:
* Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or equivalent trade proficiency
* Bricklayer qualifications or NVQ/BTEC in Construction and the Built Environment
* Digital confidence in operating mobile devices and business systems
