Description
Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant purchase options. Stay proactively informed about Apple's products, services, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge about Apple's offerings and assist in providing ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn. Uphold Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications
* Availability to work based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend scheduled work in line with local laws and accommodations.
