We're looking for a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Analyst to support our global manufacturing operations. In this high-growth, high-impact role, you will work directly with the Global CI Manager to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across our business.
With a global ERP upgrade launching soon, you'll have access to powerful new data from our manufacturing facilities in Europe and the US. Your mission will be to leverage this improved data to identify opportunities and drive process improvements across the company.
This is a broad role where you will be an expert in all things CI. You'll work closely with manufacturing engineers and operations teams to guide, support, and prioritize key process improvements. If you have a strong toolkit in continuous improvement and a desire to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.
The company provides a variety of safety and communication solutions. Their offerings include a range of products designed to improve safety and connectivity. Their products are used in millions of buildings around the world, helping building owners and consultants meet safety requirements while enhancing protection for occupants. With manufacturing plants across the US and Europe, they are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst / Process Improvement Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
Essential Requirements for the Continuous Improvement Analyst role
* You will have at least 3 years in process improvement.
* You will have excellent data analysis skills – you will understands data trends and make data driven business cases on continuous improvements initiatives.
* Process orientated - good with process improvement, organisational change and problem-solving.
* A strong toolkit for continuous improvement - experience with things like value stream mapping (VSM), kanban, six sigma, lean etc.
* Willing to travel to the US and Europe on a fairly regular basis (circa 25%).
Desirable Requirements for the Continuous Improvement Analyst role
* A background in electronics manufacturing would be helpful (but not essential).
* Experience with making process improvements to factory floor layouts.
