Job Description Job Title: Earned Value Management (EVM) Specialist Working Pattern: 37 hours days Working location: Derby We are seeking an experienced Earned Value Management (EVM) Specialist to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining EVM processes to ensure effective cost, schedule, and performance tracking across projects. The EVM Specialist will work closely with project teams, finance, and stakeholders to analyse project progress, identify risks, and provide data-driven insights to improve decision-making. What you will be doing: With this exciting opportunity your main responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining EVM systems, tools and methodologies for project performance measurement Ensuring compliance with industry standards and corporate policies Tracking and reporting EVM metrics such as Cost Performance Index (CPI) & Schedule Performance Index (SPI) Conducting variance analysis to identify cost and schedule deviations and providing recommendations for corrective actions Provide training and guidance to project teams on EVM principles and best practice Support programmes as the subject matter expert within the PMO Who we’re looking for: At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
