The Role As our Assistant Bodyshop Manager, you will support the Bodyshop Manager in leading and motivating the site’s performance – working with the team to hit and exceed budget, delivering outstanding quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Working with the Bodyshop Manager to drive site performance to meet and exceed financial targets. Lead and inspire the team, fostering a culture of excellence. Support the Bodyshop Manager with recruitment and retention to ensure consistent staffing levels. Oversee workflow, quality control, and operational efficiency. About You Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Bodyshop Manager or in a similar automotive leadership role. Strong operational management skills.
