System Management: Use multiple systems to input and extract information. Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks for both internal and external customers. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a support or help desk function within a customer-facing environment. Communication Skills: Strong ability to handle a broad range of customer inquiries. Self-Motivation: High degree of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various computer packages for data input and extraction.
