Damp & Mould Supervisor Location: North London Rate: £23-£25 per hour Contract: Temporary Benefits: Company van provided We are currently recruiting for an experienced D&M (Damp & Mould) Supervisor to oversee works across residential properties in North London. Key Responsibilities Supervise Damp & Mould works across occupied housing stock Manage operatives and subcontractors on site Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard Carry out site inspections and quality checks Liaise with residents, operatives, and internal teams Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are met Complete reports and basic admin as required Requirements Proven experience supervising Damp & Mould works Background in social housing or residential maintenance preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities Full UK driving licence (van provided) Good understanding of health & safety regulations Please sumbit your CV to this application if this role is of interest to you.
