Job Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nottinghamshire for a Vessel Closing Administrator at Winfibre (U.K.) Company Limited. The Vessel Closing Administrator will be responsible for submitting and recording accurate data, preparing and issuing customs and shipping documents to meet deadlines, running, monitoring and maintaining of reports, building and maintaining good working relationships with supplier and carrier contacts.
Essential Competencies

* Strong computer literacy with focus on speed and high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong Administrative skills with the ability to prioritise with minimal assistance
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good problem solving skills and to see issues to resolution
Desirable Competencies
* Previous shipping or logistics experience
* Previous knowledge of the waste paper or other recyclables industry
