Duties
* Provide attentive care to children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, social skills, and curiosity
* Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care to foster inclusion
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
* Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and share developmental milestones
* Apply behavior management techniques to guide positive behavior and support emotional regulation
* Administer basic first aid when necessary, following health and safety protocols to ensure children's safety
Qualifications
* Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly desirable
* Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
* Certification in first aid is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
* Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a lively childcare environment with patience and enthusiasm
