* Ensure digital-first, innovative, and future-focused approaches underpin all people initiatives.
* Shape and deliver regional management development plans aligned to organisational goals.
* Coach managers to build high-performing, inclusive, and engaged teams.
* Analyse survey insights and lead on cultural improvement activity.
* Equip managers to use data, KPIs, and performance insights to improve service outcomes.
* Lead initiatives that build future skills, support change readiness, and enhance the employee experience.
* Connect organisational strategy to regional people practice and coach managers to understand key KPIs.
* Use people data to identify risks and opportunities, implementing evidence-based interventions.
* Contribute to performance forecasting, cost management, and ROI evaluation for people initiatives.
* Integrate wellbeing, diversity, equity, inclusion, and flexible working into all people practices.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and contribute to policy development.
* Lead and support regional People & Culture Leads, ensuring consistency of practice.

* Strategic mindset with sound judgement
* High integrity and accountability
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills

Technical Skills

* Strong understanding of employment legislation
* Expertise in change management and organisational development
* Skilled in data-driven HR, people analytics, and performance management
* Commercial awareness and business acumen
* Knowledge of diversity, inclusion, and employee experience best practice
* Confident in project management, process improvement, and IT tools
* CIPD Level 7 or Chartered CIPD Membership
