We are looking to recruit a part-time Operations and Programmes Coordinator to work with The Kent Foundation Director of this Kent charity. \r\n\r\n The position is home-based, but you must live in Kent and be able to attend meetings and events. \r\n\r\n Contract: Part-time 22.5 – 30 hours a week \r\n\r\n Key Purpose of the Operations and Programmes Coordinator role. \r\n\r\n Coordinate The Kent Foundation Mentoring Programme and additional projects: \r\n\r\n \r\n\t Manage and maintain The Kent Foundation data base (CRM), tracking and recording mentoring hours. Support and guide mentors and mentees, monitoring the mentee\/mentor relationship. \r\n\t Coordinate mentor training, supervision, and refresher training. \r\n\t Coordinate and administer the implementation and monitoring of additional projects\/programmes undertaken by the Kent Foundation \r\n\t Implement the Kent Foundation Mentoring programme operating procedures, codes of conduct, complaints procedures, monitoring, and evaluation, including production of questionnaires and other evaluative material. \r\n \r\n\r\n Provide operational and administrative support to the Director and the Board of Trustees, including but not limited to: \r\n\r\n \r\n\t Minute taking, office management, administration, operations, events, and marketing support. \r\n\t Coordinating and arranging meetings\/ diary management \r\n\t Participating in projects, team tasks, and change management. \r\n\t Participating in process, policy, and systems improvement \r\n\t KPI collation, preparation & reporting outcomes. \r\n\t Clerk to the Board, coordinate with the Chair of the Board to prepare agendas, board papers and packs for quarterly full board meetings. \r\n \r\n\r\n Competencies, Skills and Experience \r\n\r\n \r\n\t Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. \r\n\t Project management skills: Time management, scheduling, familiarity with project management software. \r\n\t Administrative Skills: Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Suite is required, as well as familiarity with databases and CRM platforms. Maintain records, take minutes, and write reports. \r\n\t Experience in similar roles and working with volunteers is an advantage. \r\n \r\n\r\n The role is offered on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time position, but with the autonomy and flexibility to work from home.
