What You’ll Be Doing You will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants, supporting the delivery of a high-quality service to both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include: Taking booking requests from clients and helping to fill vacancies Speaking with candidates and clients via phone and email Advertising vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms Screening and interviewing candidates Supporting candidate registration, compliance, and onboarding Maintaining accurate records using our recruitment systems Providing excellent customer service at all times Supporting the team with general recruitment administration You will receive full training and gain valuable experience across all areas of recruitment. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with people Well organised with good attention to detail Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn Able to work effectively as part of a team Interested in building a career in recruitment or a people-focused role The following experience would be helpful but is not essential: Customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience Administration or coordination experience Graduate or college-leaver applicants welcome Full training will be provided.
