Secondary Teacher

£160 - £250 per day

Are you a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?
Vision for Education is seeking a committed Secondary SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive specialist school in Ashford
This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a nurturing environment that supports students aged 11–16 with a range of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties.
The Role
1. Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs.
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
3. Collaborate with LSAs, therapists, and SENCOs to support holistic development.
4. Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet each student's needs.
5. Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
