What Will You Do as an Aspiring Teaching Assistant?
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring a positive classroom environment.
Help students with their learning, offering one-on-one or small group support to enhance understanding.
Assist with classroom management, promoting good behaviour and positive attitudes towards learning.
Encourage students to be engaged, motivated, and confident in their learning journey.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for passionate and committed individuals who:

Have a strong desire to work in education and support students in their academic and personal growth.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can build strong relationships with students and staff.
Are adaptable, patient, and proactive, with a positive attitude towards learning.
Have some experience working with children (this is a bonus but not essential).
Are keen to learn and grow in your role and the education sector.
