We are delighted to be recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join Tembe DIY during an exciting period of growth. The role is mainly office based in Doncaster, with some UK travel to exhibitions and customer visits.

About The Marketing Team
A newly formed, dynamic and friendly team consisting of a Marketing Director, Trade Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to help us create impactful initiatives aligned to our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, reporting, and maintaining records.
* Assist with social media analytics, monitoring performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to improve campaigns.
* Support the Digital Marketing Manager with website updates, email marketing campaigns, and online content management.
* Work with the Trade Marketing Manager and team on product management, campaign planning, promotions, and marketing materials for trade customers and the sales team.
* Help coordinate marketing calendars to ensure campaigns and activities are delivered on time.
* Carry out competitor and market research to support campaign development.
* Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales materials.
* Contribute to marketing projects, exhibitions, and events when required.
* Support the Trade Marketing Manager by helping them plan events, trade mornings etc
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
* A proactive, enthusiastic, creative and 'can-do attitude' with a willingness to learn.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Experience working with the Adobe Creative Cloud (Especially PhotoShop & InDesign)
* An interest in digital marketing, social media, and data analytics.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role would be beneficial but is not essential.
