Fabric Engineer
Our client is looking to recruit a fabric engineer based in Hatfield, working in a prestigious commercial environment with opportunities for career progression and upskilling within a growing sector.

Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Availability for On-call Duties
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting general visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces
* Painting & decorating
* Tiling
* Basic plumbing
* Drainage & flushing
* Changing light bulbs
* Emergency light testing
* Grouting & plastering
* Performing minor electrical works
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* City & Guilds 18th Edition certification
* Proven experience in a comparable building service role
* Proficiency in planned preventative maintenance procedures
* Ability to troubleshoot single and three-phase control and distribution circuits
* Familiarity with lighting, motor, UPS systems, emergency generation, and HVAC plant equipment
Desirable Qualifications & Skills:
* City & Guilds/BTEC in Electrical Engineering
* Familiarity with Computacenter head office systems
* Certified in using access equipment
* Specialized training in relevant areas
* Health and safety qualifications
