Position Details
This is a permanent, full-time position with a shift pattern from Monday to Friday.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced clinician to lead the operational delivery of our neurodevelopmental services within Specialist Children’s Services. The successful candidate will have experience working within CAMHS or paediatric settings and will support the management and development of locality multidisciplinary teams involved in neurodevelopmental assessment, post-diagnostic interventions, and providing support and consultancy across children’s services. Collaboration with partners in health, education, social services, and the third sector is essential. The role involves working across CAMHS and Specialist Community Paediatrics Teams.
Responsibilities
1. Work with the Implementation Lead and local CAMHS and Paediatric leads to develop and enhance services for children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions.
2. Support clinical governance and ensure supervision systems are in place for multidisciplinary clinicians.
3. Engage in service development, assessment, care delivery, and partnership working.
Requirements
* Professional registration and management or leadership experience.
* Significant experience working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental differences.
* Training and professional development support will be provided.
