Our client is a market leader within the commercial food service sector, providing reactive support, maintenance, and repair solutions across a wide customer base. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a highly organised and motivated Service Administrator to join their busy Service Department.
In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for logging service calls, allocating work to engineers, handling customer enquiries, and completing essential administration to support the smooth running of the service operation.

What's involved for the Service Administrator
* Register service calls and emails, allocating jobs to engineers and service partners.
* Handle incoming customer and dealer enquiries over the phone and via email.
* Ensure engineer schedules are fully booked, and calls are completed within agreed SLAs.
* Process engineers' worksheets and incoming invoices, checking rates and warranty information.
* Raise customer invoices for chargeable work and cross-charge where required.
* Order and dispatch parts to engineers and confirm delivery prior to booking visits.
* Compile quotations for service calls and request credits from suppliers when necessary.
* Update customer portals daily with invoice and call progress information.
* Maintain accurate records on the Service Management System.
* Support call handlers and contribute to the overall efficiency of the service office.
* Adhere to GDPR compliance and ensure due diligence with all personal data.
What you'll need…
* Previous experience in a service co-ordination, scheduling, or administration role.
* Excellent telephone and communication skills.
* Strong IT skills, with quick and accurate keyboard ability.
* Experience using office software packages and service management systems.
* Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure.
* A proactive team player with a positive approach to problem-solving.
* Knowledge of commercial food service equipment or engineering environments (desirable).

This is a Full Time Service Administrator role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
You will be required to work 1 in 7 weekend on call from home between the hours of 8am - 6pm (additional pay)
