Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Regional Team Manager to work for CPM representing leading technology brand Samsung. If you are passionate about driving sales and delivering excellent results; then we would like to hear from you.
Salary: £32,136 per annum + 15% Bonus, 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), company mobile phone, tablet and company car.
Location: Bromley, United Kingdom, BR6
Territory covering: Bromley, Brighton, Tonbridge, Southampton & surrounding areas
Working hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 to 20:00. Working 2 weekends in 4, with days off in lieu.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing a team of Samsung Promoters across your territory.
* Building strong relationships with Retail Partners and ensuring in-store compliance.
* Driving sales, brand advocacy, and mystery shopping results.
* Supporting team development through coaching and feedback.
Ideal candidate:
* Self-starter with a proactive, positive attitude.
* Keen interest in technology.
* Experience managing field teams.
* Strong planning and organizational skills, proficient in MS Office.
* Target-focused and persistent in achieving goals.
