Day-to-day of the role: Provide support to children, young people, and adults in their homes and out in the community. Assist clients access various community services. Perform personal care tasks as needed. Manage medication and provide general support based on individual care plans. Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights, according to the needs of the service. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months UK experience in a care or support role. Experience in general support, mental health, Learning Disabilities, Autism awareness and complex care and medication management. Must own a car and have a valid driving license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
