Application Support Technician
Our client is a global MedTech platform that leverages AI to quickly & efficiently assess patients in a range of clinical settings, care homes & hospitals. They have won multiple awards & experienced high levels of growth over recent years and, as such, are looking for an Application Support Technician to join their UK team.
Working closely with a range of clients and internal staff, the Application Support Technician will be responsible for delivering IT support and ongoing maintenance, whilst providing first-class customer service.
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Deliver IT support to new & existing customers, both in-person and virtually
* Ensure customer service standards are met with every case
* Work closely with internal teams (Quality Assurance and Development) to resolve service issues
* Provide insight into creation, review and improvements of system documentation and client training
* Assist in testing new versions of the product and provide insight into improvements
* Support internal staff with technical assistance
* Ongoing IT system maintenance & health checks
The Successful Candidate
* 3+ years experience in a role providing technical support to clients would be ideal
* Experience supporting users in the healthcare industry would be a plus
* Experience deploying and managing applications through Apple & Google Play stores is also ideal
* Based in the UK
Application Support Technician Package
* Basic salary: up to £40,000
* 10% annual bonus
