Operations Administrator Countrywide Healthcare Barnsley Monday- Friday 40 hours per week We are seeking an experienced and organised Operations Administrator to join our team at Countrywide House. As the first point of contact for the warehouse, you will be responsible for supporting the Operational Management team with processing and managing administrative requirements. About the Role: As an Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by undertaking various administrative tasks on a daily/weekly basis. Your key responsibilities will include: Processing inbound deliveries on the internal booking system Printing pick lists and carrier labels for efficient despatch Managing customer returns and producing credit notes Supporting the Operations Management team with investigations into discrepancies Providing stock count information and managing despatch queries Key system information housekeeping to ensure data is current and accurate Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities Good computer skills, including proficiency in ERP systems Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues What We Offer: Competitive Base Salary of £25,786.80 40-hour week Monday Friday Company Pension Scheme Ongoing Training & Development PHS Perks: Access discounts at over 800 retailers Free access to Virtual GP for you and your household Key Skills: Reliability and dependability Self-motivation Literacy and numeracy Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Upbeat and energized approach to work Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks Team player with excellent communication skills Top of Form Why Join Countrywide Healthcare?
