What you'll need to succeed Chartered Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent Experience with fast-paced, high-growth business environments Exit experience (Ideally in a VC/PE-backed environment) Fundraising experience within a growing business is beneficial.
