An exciting opportunity has become available for a Residential care worker to join our service as we continue to grow our internal residential provision in Warrington.
We are looking for an individual who have a keen interest of children's residential services. All of our home in Warrington are rated GOOD or OUTSTANDING and you will be provided will the skill and training to further support the residential homes.
The role
The role is 37 hours per week and this will include sleep in shifts and weekends on a rota basis. You will be offering care and support to some of our most vulnerable children. You will be joining a strong, stable staff team that are committed to helping our young people to reach their potential. Alongside caring you will completing a wide range of documentation such as risk assessments and care plans.
What's needed?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible child focused individual who will always put children at the centre of everything we do.
Experience of working with children and young people is desirable.
In addition to a competitive salary you will receive sleep in payments and enhanced pay for unsociable hours. You will receive an extensive training package and monthly supervision with your line manager.
