What will you do?
* Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
* Support the front desk by answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking accurate messages.
* Assist with managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized calendars.
* Help with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and preparing basic documents.
* Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
* Coordinate deliveries, incoming mail, and office supplies as needed.
* Provide general support to staff and assist with special projects when required.
