About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactiveLegal Assistantto join our clients busy Conveyancing department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong legal administration background who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and enjoys providing high-quality support to fee earners and clients.
* Minimum 2 years experience in a conveyancing legal office environment (essential)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to Head of Conveyancer to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
* Act as a first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
* Prepare, file, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
* Monitor deadlines, manage diaries, and maintain accurate calendars.
* Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Use internal CRM systems and standard office software effectively.
* Proactively support the team by prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
