As a Field Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in assisting our sales team by engaging with customers, gathering requirements, and designing tailored solutions using Biamp’s industry-leading products.
You will work closely with consultants, integrators, and end users, challenging and clarifying technical requirements, conducting AV simulations, and creating schematics to ensure the best possible system design.
Your role will involve both remote and in-person engagement, technical training, and workshops, as well as on-site visits to validate solutions and provide technical guidance.
While you will be based out of our Brighton office, this is a field-heavy role where you will spend significant time on the road, meeting with clients across the Southern part of England.
Assist the sales team by engaging with leads, gathering requirements, and designing optimal audiovisual solutions.
Create schematics and run audio simulations to validate system performance.
Engage with customers both remotely (via Teams) and in-person, providing expert guidance on Biamp solutions.
Conduct technical training sessions and facilitate workshops for customers, consultants, and integrators.
Follow up on solutions post-installation to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Maintain and optimize the Experience Room in our Stockholm office for product demonstrations and training.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Audio/Video/Control Systems industry.
Fluent in English
Strong technical understanding of AV systems, networking, and control solutions.
Proven experience in system design, AV simulations, and schematic creation.
Strong presentation and training abilities, both in-person and online.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales, engineering, and support teams.
