We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Paralegal with 6–12 months’ legal experience, a proactive mindset, and a genuine drive to build a successful career in law. If you’re ready to develop your skills in a supportive, high‑performing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll start on £20,000, with annual salary reviews and pay increases linked to performance.

* Conducting initial case assessments and determining the appropriate course of action for contested matters.
* Preparing for and attending Small Claims mediation hearings by telephone.
* Logging and assessing Part Admissions and claims brought against clients.
* Carrying out second‑line checks on outstanding evidence requests or client queries.
* Handling technical queries from other departments.

* Handling client and third‑party correspondence
* Supporting litigation or casework
* Drafting legal documents
* Preparing cases for hearings or mediation
This experience may have come from a law firm, in‑house legal team, or another relevant legal environment. What matters most is that you’re comfortable with the type of work you’ll be doing day to day in this role.

* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C / 4 or above
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to record information accurately
* Confidence working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
* Clear and professional communication skills to keep stakeholders informed
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant legal procedures (desirable)
