About the Service Our client is a respected UK charity specialising in neurorehabilitation and complex care nursing.
Their assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals provide expert, evidence-based care to help patients with acquired brain injuries regain independence.
Patients may present with injuries sustained through trauma, illness, neurological conditions, or substance misuse.

Lead and inspire a dedicated nursing team including Registered Nurses, Ward Sisters, and Support Workers.
Manage ward staffing, service development, and patient care planning.
Act as a role model in delivering evidence-based nursing practice.
Mentor newly qualified nurses, students, and team members.
Support patients with complex neurological and rehabilitation needs.
Ensure compliance with NMC standards, CQC regulations, the Mental Health Act, and the Mental Capacity Act.
Champion safeguarding, clinical governance, and patient safety.
About You – Ward Manager / Senior Nurse To succeed in this role, you will need: Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD or RGN) qualification with current NMC registration.
Experience as a Ward Manager, Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, or Deputy Ward Manager.
Strong leadership and communication skills to develop, support, and manage staff.
Background in neuro, rehabilitation, mental health nursing, or complex care.
Knowledge of clinical governance, risk assessment, and safeguarding frameworks.
Flexibility to work on a 7-day rota, including some unsocial hours.
Mentorship qualification (or willingness to complete).
