Purpose of the role
To support the organisation and achieve its strategic objectives by ensuring the business is prepared for change, assessing and embedding change initiatives effectively.
Accountabilities
* Identify and analyze business impacts and opportunities requiring change.
* Develop business readiness strategies for successful implementation of change initiatives.
* Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management and external partners, to keep them informed and engaged.
* Collaborate with Client Readiness, Operational Readiness & Tech Delivery to ensure smooth transition of technology into BAU.
* Manage resistance to change, engaging stakeholders and addressing concerns.
* Review business readiness plans and status reports to ensure timely completion of activities.
* Work with project teams to align change initiatives with project objectives and integrate change management activities.
* Provide guidance and support to stakeholders for successful change implementation.
