Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and relationship-driven Winner Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Grand Prize winners have an exceptional experience from the moment they are notified to the final handover.
You will be the key liaison, managing winner communications, coordinating fulfillment logistics, and proactively identifying and resolving any challenges that may come up along the way. A strategic thinker with outstanding stakeholder management skills, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, relationship-building, and taking the lead are paramount.
What You’ll Do
* Be the Trusted Guide – Serve as the primary point of contact for Grand Prize winners, ensuring a personalised, transparent, and supportive journey from start to finish.
* Build Meaningful Relationships – Develop strong, lasting connections with winners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to create a seamless and positive fulfillment process.
* Own the Winner Experience – Manage every touchpoint of the winner journey, ensuring communication is clear and timely.
* Flawless Execution – Oversee all winner related logistics, including travel and accommodations, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
* Solve Problems Before They Happen – Anticipate and mitigate potential challenges to guarantee a smooth and stress-free experience for winners.
* Drive Operational Excellence – Continually refine processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams.
* Seamlessly Manage Stakeholders – Coordinate with prizing vendors, production teams, and PR teams to ensure every aspect of the winner experience is seamless.
* Be on the Ground – Travel regularly to winner door knocks, reveals, interviews, and handovers, ensuring winners feel fully supported throughout their journey.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* A Superior Organiser – You thrive in managing multiple projects, keeping all the moving parts aligned, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
* A Relationship Builder – You’re naturally warm, empathetic, and able to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders, from winners to external partners and internal teams.
* A Strategic Communicator – You know how to speak to a wide range of different people, ensuring communication is tailored appropriately. A Problem Solver – You anticipate roadblocks and proactively find solutions to keep everything running smoothly.
* Resilient & Adaptable – You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and remain calm under pressure.
* London-Based & Travel-Ready – You’re excited about traveling regularly to winner-related events, including door knocks, reveals, and handovers.
This role is about more than logistics—it’s about creating extraordinary experiences and meaningful connections that make a lasting impact. If you’re a highly organised people-person with a passion for problem solving, we’d love to hear from you!
What’s In It For You
* Generous stock options scheme
* 30 days annual leave PLUS Bank Holidays
* Annual office closure between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
* Private medical and dental insurance
* 9% employer pension contributions, when you contribute at least 2%
* £1,200 learning and development budget each year to use on training courses, conferences and professional memberships
* Personal equipment budget to work from home
* Enhanced family leave policies
* Life assurance of 4x your salary
Our hiring process may vary between roles, particularly for technical roles where we may incorporate a technical skills/based interview, but as standard you’ll have:
1. Screening call with one of our in-house Talent Leads
2. First stage interview with the Hiring Manager
3. Second stage interview with our PR manager
4. On-site second stage interview with key stakeholders - this could be other managers, peers or Senior team members.
5. Final stage interview with one of our Execs.
On average, our hiring process takes around 2-3 weeks after your initial screening call.
We hire on a rolling basis, so we’ll close the role when we either a) have enough applications to process or b) have hired someone exceptional to fill the position. You’ll hear from us throughout the process, but if you’ve got any questions, please reach out to us at talent@omaze.com.
