We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team in Ipswich
What You’ll Do
* Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across all major platforms for all of the John Grose brands (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Monitor engagement, track analytics, and help optimize performance
* Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to keep our brand voice sharp and consistent
* Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
* Support the Marketing team with advertising and local events
What We’re Looking For
* Passion for social media and digital storytelling
* Strong writing skills and a keen eye for visuals and detail
* Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
* Ability to design/ video editing skills
* Good time management and organisational skills
Must hold a full driving licence to enable you to travel between our branches chasing the perfect picture for the gram. (A vehicle will be provided for all journeys)

This role is for up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm
(Some weekends and evenings will be required to help support with events - prior notice given)
Part-time/ flexible working hours would be considered for the right candidate
