Overview
As a Customer Support Technician at Alcumus SafeContractor, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers have a seamless and exceptional experience, helping them navigate and maximize the benefits of our HR solutions. You will support our global network of buyers, suppliers, and contractors to stay compliant with health and safety, sustainability, and ethical standards.
What that means day to day
* Responding to incoming queries promptly and efficiently, providing expert assistance with technical and software-related questions via email and phone.
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring information is accurate before routing to the HR team for further support.
* Guiding new customers through their SafeHR journey and onboarding, showcasing value to ensure they get the most out of the service.
* Serving as the eyes and ears for the development team by identifying and reporting bugs, issues, and customer feedback to help enhance products.
* Collaborating with the team to share insights and continuously improve software and processes to better serve customers.
