Key Responsibilities
9. Provide leadership, guidance, and resources to a committed team of 3-5 professionals.
10. Coordinate staff and resources effectively to fulfill client and firm needs.
11. Collaborate with the Partners in the firm on potential business prospects and transforming them into valuable clients for the firm.

Skills and Experience
12. At least 5 years of experience in an Assurance environment within a CA/CPA accounting firm and experience in staff management.
13. Fully accredited CA/CPA.
14. Be technically adept with auditing and accounting standards.
15. Be able to develop relationships with clients and team members.
16. Effective time management and prioritisation abilities to meet audit deadlines across various clients.
17. Have excellent leadership in staff management.
18. Ability to work autonomously.
