About our Clients
Part of a small boutique group of Nurseries, our Clients lovely Nursery in Henley on Thames with parking, and walking distance from station, are looking for an experienced level 2 or above practitioner to join their team, based on a 40 hr working week salary is from £26,500k dep on experience, with lots of great goodies, including £2500 starter bonus, and future career progression.

Requirements
What are Clients are looking for
Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
