Continuous Improvement Manager Salary The spot salary for this post is £65,000 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary. About you We’re looking for a leader who communicates clearly and inclusively, inspiring teams through change with emotional intelligence and creativity. You’ll have proven experience in continuous improvement, service or customer experience design, ideally with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or working towards). You’ll be skilled in coaching analysts, facilitating collaboration, and translating user insights into clear service requirements and improvements. Strong knowledge of design thinking, systems thinking, agile delivery (GDS lifecycle), process mapping (BPMN), and target operating models is essential.
