This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday). This is a 12m FTC role. Overall Purpose of the Role Working in dedicated team, this role is responsible for managing the delivery of high quality, value-for-money TV, and Feature materials to Disney’s Direct to Consumer platforms, primarily Disney Plus. Working on all D content including D EMEA Originals, EMEA Acquisitions and Disney branded content. W orking with internal stakeholders and external vendors and in line w ith department standards, strong communication, the ability to multi-task, manage high volume and remain calm under pressure is essential. In addition, e xcellent customer focus and communication skills are key. Areas of Responsibility: Asset Preparation Responsibilities. Raise accurate and timely orders to commission the creation and delivery of audio, video, art & metadata, for specific titles across multiple languages, recognising unique requirements for each while ensuring creative consistency and cost control. Work with third-party v endors to agree delivery schedules. Track the completion of projects using reporting tools. Work with third part licensors / Postproduction companies to track the timely delivery of content into Disney to required technical specification. Update and maintain records to reflect current delivery status of materials and specifications. Ensure stakeholders and business partners are kept fully informed of any issues that might impact material delivery timelines. Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure that localised assets are ordered and production schedules meet agreed delivery timelines. Research Disney inventory systems to establish available elements and request asset movements as. Raise accu rate and timely purchase /work orders, resolve invoice queries. Action QC failures, r ejections and recall notifications and update/replace materials as. Management of workflow and tasks to be undertaken within agreed SLA timelines. Other General Activities: Attend and con tribute to Team, vendor meeting s, and applicable stakeholder meetings. Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross-functionally with other members of studio operations. Work with TWDC Accounts Payable to resolve Vendor billing issues. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties. Maintain a strong awareness of technical developments in the digital media space. Adhere to defined agreed business processes, taking opportunities to improve. Drive to continually develop knowledge of the product slate, media types and the territories, including customers & market dynamics. Provide training for colleagues as. Participate in systems testing and contribute suggestions for workflow and systems improvement. Provide holiday and sickness cover for colleagues under the ‘Buddy’ scheme. Experience and Professional Qualifications Required: E xperience in TV or Non Linear Distribution/ Post Production. Experience of h igh and ultra- high-definition technology, new media and electronic file delivery an advantage. Experience of Mastering QC analysis and correcti ve recommendations an advantage P roject management skills and experience essential Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Slack, Smartsheet, Airtable.
