Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this Board-level role will combine a data-driven and customer-focused approach with performance management and inspirational leadership, ensuring marketing is aligned to sales objectives and stretching the potential of a large international team. We are seeking an accomplished senior sales leader with at least ten years experience in large-scale international FF&E businesses, including a minimum of five years at Divisional Director level or above. You will have a proven track record of driving international growth, aligning sales and marketing across multiple geographies and premium brands, and leading large teams to deliver ambitious commercial targets. Commercially astute and financially disciplined, you will combine strategic vision with executional focus and the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams that achieve measurable results.
