As a Sports Coach, this is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a background in sports coaching, physical education, or youth mentoring, and who want to make a difference in the lives of students through sport and physical activity. As a Sports Coach, your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging PE lessons and sports activities across a range of age groups. Promoting teamwork, resilience, and a positive attitude through sport. Supporting pupils in developing their physical abilities and self-confidence. Assisting with after-school sports clubs, tournaments, and school events. Working closely with teaching staff to support learning and behaviour management. To be successful as a Sports Coach, you should: Have prior experience working with children or young people, preferably in a coaching or school setting. Hold a relevant sports coaching qualification or equivalent experience. Be confident, enthusiastic, and a positive role model for students. Have strong communication and organisational skills. Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one. Be able to provide a full, 10-year career history with all gaps clearly explained.
