Full-time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, coach, and develop the Property Repairs Team to deliver high-quality, efficient services.
2. Oversee all aspects of property repairs and voids management, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
3. Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, taking immediate action on any risks or breaches.
4. Monitor and improve service performance, aiming for first-time fix rates and reduced turnaround times on voids.
5. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used efficiently.
6. Handle customer complaints professionally, embedding a lessons-learned approach to service improvement.
7. Benchmark performance against industry standards and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
8. Identify and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating issues when necessary.
