Your Role
As Nursery Room Leader, you will:
8. Lead a nursery room delivering engaging EYFS-based learning
9. Support, inspire, and develop your team
10. Build strong relationships with children and families
11. Maintain exceptional standards of care, education, and safeguarding
What We’re Looking For
12. Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
13. Previous Room Leader experience
14. Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
15. Passionate, nurturing leadership skills
