Role
Key responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer role:
* Working on Major Projects, recent examples include the Alhambra Shopping Centre, The Glassworks, Tour of Britain
* Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, leases, agreements for lease and licences
* Conduct due diligence including reviewing title documents, searches and planning consents
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews and break clauses
* Working closely with the procurement team to provide advice
* Development and regeneration projects
