Role: NDT Technician / Non Destructive Inspector
Location: Northampton – High-Performance Engineering / Motorsport Environment
Contract Type: Contract & Permanent
We’re working with a high-performance motorsport engineering programme seeking an experienced NDT Inspector to support the inspection and release of safety-critical components in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering high-quality NDT inspections using Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, MPI, DPI and Visual methods
• Accurately recording and communicating inspection results to engineering and manufacturing teams
• Working autonomously while maintaining strict quality and safety standards
• Supporting test activities, with some flexibility for travel when required
About you:
• Certified NDT Level 2 (EN4179 or PCN)
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to inspection and reporting
• Comfortable working under time pressure in a performance-driven environment
• Background in Formula One, motorsport, aerospace, or similarly regulated sectors preferred
