The Role:
As Workshop Controller, you’ll be the driving force behind the daily operations of a busy, modern workshop. You’ll manage a talented team of Technicians, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest manufacturer standards.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and has a passion for both people and process management.
What’s on Offer for Workshop Controllers:
5. Basic salary in the region of £36,000 – depending on experience
6. Plus Bous - realistic OTE of £42,000 (uncapped) through achievable performance bonuses
7. Monday to Friday working hours, with alternate Saturdays
8. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

What our client is looking for to be considered for this Workshop Controller vacancy:
12. Previous experience as a Workshop Controller
13. Strong leadership and communication skills
14. Sound mechanical knowledge with a problem-solving approach
15. Organised, efficient, and confident managing a fast-moving workshop
16. Full UK driving licence
