A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our very busy sales team and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales and Project Consultant, to deal with commercial clients and larger restaurant projects. Also, incoming customer enquiries and assisting with the daily sales administration activities. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.
Main Duties
· First point of contact for commercial orders and projects.
· Developing and maintaining good relations with repeat customers and clients.
· Extensive product knowledge (training will be provided).
· Working with floor plans and furniture schedules.
· Processing orders via our order system.
· Answering telephone and email enquiries.
· Assisting and greeting customers in our showroom.
· Sending quotations to customers.
· Maintaining stock levels on our selling platforms e.g., eBay.
Experience/Skills Required
* Previous sales experience essential (2+ years preferably).
* Good telephone manner.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* An eye for detail to spot discrepancies in data to ensure 100% accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure.
Working Hours
This is a full-time role on a 2-week rota basis, 39.5 hours per week. Week 1 Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm. Week 2 Monday to Saturday with one (to be confirmed) day off in the week. Saturday working hours are 10am - 5pm.
The successful candidate must be flexible to cover holiday periods and busy times as required.
