We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our excellent secondary school this September. This is a full-time role, for the full academic year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality math instruction to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will inspire and engage students, helping them to achieve their full potential in mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective math lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to support students with varying abilities and learning styles.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
