Creative Care provides high quality residential care and support for people with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder and additional severe and complex needs.
Role: Support Worker
Salary: £12.26 - £12.52 per hour
Service: The Old Vicarage, Ollerton
Shifts: Rotational, 42 hours per week

Responsibilities and Duties of a Support Worker

Your role will be delivering quality support that enables people to achieve their outcomes by using and developing person-centred support plans. You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.
