This is a key role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact by shaping and executing marketing strategies that directly influence business growth and brand positioning.
You will be involved in....
* Strategic Impact: This is a hands-on role where your ideas, creativity, and expertise will drive meaningful marketing outcomes - not just campaigns for the sake of activity.
* Growth Opportunity: You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-value marketing initiatives aligned to ambitious - yet realistic - business objectives.
* Collaborative Culture: Be part of a close-knit, supportive team in a positive, forward-thinking office environment where your contributions are valued.
* Autonomy & Ownership: You'll have the space to lead projects from concept through to execution, with minimal reliance on external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and support the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with budget and commercial goals.
* Develop and manage in-house marketing campaigns - including content creation, digital marketing, lead generation, and social media.
* Generate high-quality, marketing-qualified leads to support the company's commercial objectives and growth targets.
* Own internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand identity.
* Build relationships with industry publications and develop editorial and advertising opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and positioning.
* Conduct market research on key business initiatives and provide actionable insights.
* Enhance the company's SEO strategy to maintain a market-leading digital presence.
* Lead on marketing collateral - including website content, sales literature, newsletters, email marketing, PR, and more.
* Support KPI development and deliver regular reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
* Manage company events and trade shows, supporting the brand and business development goals.
* Assist the sales team with key account promotion and targeted campaign activity.
* Oversee the design and distribution of branded promotional materials.
Skills and Experience required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within technical, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
* CIM qualification (or working towards) is preferred.
* Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Proactive, organised, and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
* Passion for creativity backed by a results-driven mindset.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, capable Marketing Executive.
