- Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Role
The Implementation Specialist works with a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company to enable new and existing corporate clients to onboard onto the company’s card programmes. The specialist is the primary contact for clients, leading international onboarding, advising on legal and regulatory requirements, and ensuring all documentation is provided and compliant. This role supports the France Sales and Account Management Teams and is essential for delivering a seamless end-to-end implementation that drives billings and growth.
Responsibilities
- Onboard clients by completing application forms and collecting all required legal documents
- Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new and expanding commercial clients
- Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address delays or blockers
- Input new and expanding client data into risk tools and set up the client’s programme
- Own projects that develop and enhance existing tools and processes
- Provide premium, dedicated advisory services to clients throughout implementation and enrolment
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Sales, and Implementation Manager to achieve successful implementation and handover
Requirements
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work well under pressure
- Proven track record in building and retaining relationships with internal and external customers
- Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills
- Self‑motivation, results driven, and strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Experience in sales, sales support, commercial background or project management preferred
- Strong change‑management skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in French is essential
