Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
- Change bed linens and replace towels as needed
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills:
- Hospitality: Understanding the importance of providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests
- Hotel: Familiarity with hotel standards and procedures for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
